Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited (2–3 days) and overnight options are available at checkout. All orders ship from within the US.

We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. Reach out to us at info@kinhauss.de with your order number to get started.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Final sale items and accessories are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No, once an order has been placed and processed on the website, we can no longer accept additional items for that order. If you wish to order extra items, please place a new order and then discuss with us how you can reduce the shipping costs.
